Look for our distinctive Hawaiian Signature blend (10% Hawaiian coffee and other beans from around the world), unique signature espresso drinks, and other related food and beverage items. We also carry a unique line of retail merchandise, including custom-branded mugs, hats, T-shirts, chocolates, macadamia nuts and much more. Fifth and finally, our memorable interior store designs create a fun, stimulating and relaxing atmosphere to enjoy our delicious Kona.

History
Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii first opened in July of 1989, with its first company-owned store in the lush valleys of Kona, Hawaii. This flagship location stood right in the heart of Kona's rich coffee-belt country.

In 1995, Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii purchased Royal Aloha Coffee, Tea & Spice Company and the Bad Ass Coffee Company. In May of 1995 Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii opened its first franchise store location in the continental U.S. in Salt Lake City. A second store quickly followed that same year in Park City, Utah and we've never looked back.

We continue to grow and show rapid expansion for the near future, with numerous shops opening in Hawaii, throughout the continental United States, Malaysia and Japan. We also have a strong web presence here at our newly renovated corporate website, which offers updates on product information, online catalog purchasing, links to our current store locations, and detailed information on franchising.
